John Irvin
Senior Advisor


John Irvin currently serves as a senior advisor for Rockwell Venture Capital. Previous to his time with RVC he has served as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of The ExOne Company, the President of PartnersFinancial, the Chief Executive Officer of Innovative Benefits Consulting, Inc, and a partner and co-founder of Mid Atlantic Capital Group. Currently he serves on the Board of Directors of The ExOne Company as well as the S. Kent Rockwell Foundation, the PartnersFinancial Foundation, and the Mine Vision Systems, Inc. board.
Bryan Smith
Financial Analyst


Bryan Smith is a Financial Analyst at Rockwell Venture Capital. Bryan holds a BS in Accounting from Grove City College, as well as, an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh – Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business. He began his career at Whitaker House Publishing / Anchor Distributors and then spent over a decade in progressing roles in the Controller’s Group at Heinz North America. Since Heinz, Bryan has served as Director of Financial Reporting / Information Systems and Director of FP&A at The ExOne Company.
Dave Pavlik
Financial Analyst

David Pavlik current primary duty with RVC is providing business, management, and accounting services to Ecoremedy. He also manages the commercial real estate holdings of RFP. Previously he held the position of Controller for Pro Grass LLC a Rockwell national synthetic turf company. Prior to his time with Rockwell he spent 25 years as Controller then Treasurer for a full-service national commercial real estate company.
Steve Vines
Controller


Steven Vines is a CPA and is currently the Assistant Controller for Rockwell Venture Capital. He is responsible for the day to day accounting of the organization. A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, he got his start as a staff accountant in the audit department at Alpern Rosenthal. After Alpern Rosenthal he worked for West Penn Wire and Calgon Carbon Corporation in their accounting departments. He currently lives in the City of Pittsburgh with his wife and three children.
Ashlee Pruchnitzky
Senior Accountant


Ashlee Pruchnitzky is a Senior Accountant at Rockwell Venture Capital. Ashlee holds a BS in Accounting from Robert Morris University, as well as an MBA from South University. She assists with the daily accounting functions for RVC. When she became a member of the Rockwell staff, Ashlee brought 10 years of accounting experience with a diverse background. She has worked in a variety of industries, including public accounting, gas and oil and non-profit. Outside of work Ashlee enjoys playing, managing and running a league for adult recreational softball. Most importantly she spends her time cheering on her son in football and wrestling.
Lauri Aston
Human Resources Manager


Lauri Aston, the Human Resources Manager for Rockwell Venture Capital has over 30 years’ experience in the field of HR, Payroll and Customer Service. She is very familiar with recruitment, benefits administration, on-boarding and compensation to name a few. Lauri has an understanding of and an ability to deal with sensitive information, such as resumes, background checks, federal forms, performance evaluations and many other documents that contain sensitive material. One of many reasons she enjoys this business and the challenges that come with her position is because of the opportunity it gives her to connect with people day-to-day. Lauri has 2 children, 6 grandchildren and loves living in the country with all her pets. In her free time, she enjoys walks, reading, running her John Deere front loader and cutting grass.
Kelly Gatto
Office Manager



Kelly Gatto is the Office Manager at RVC. She holds a BA degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Pittsburgh. Before starting at RVC, Kelly was a Logistics Manager in the plastics industry where she helped to ensure the smooth ordering and delivery of products both domestically and internationally. Kelly loves spending time with her daughter and doing anything outside.
Katie Tandlmayer
Digital Designer and Developer


Katie Tandlmayer is the lead in digital design and development for RVC. Katie manages websites, digital presence, and other business materials for many of RVC’s investments. Previous to her time with RVC Katie worked with Hybrid Learning Systems and ImpactGames on a variety of educational development projects.
